How fast can you get to me?
In Galway City we're often at the door within the hour for emergencies — customers have had us out in 10 to 30 minutes. We always give you an honest time on the phone, and if we can't come quickly we'll tell you straight.
Do you really work nights and Sundays?
Yes. Many of our reviews are from Saturday nights, Sunday afternoons and bank holidays (St. Patrick's Day included). Water doesn't keep office hours, so neither do we.
Will I know the price before you start?
Always. We find the cause first, then tell you what it will cost. No work starts until you're happy with the price.
Where is my stopcock?
In most Irish homes it's under the kitchen sink. Turn it clockwise to shut off the mains. In older houses it can be in the hot press or where the pipe enters the house. If you can't find it, ring us and we'll talk you through it.
Do you fit full bathrooms?
We do — bathrooms and en-suites, from planning and sourcing fittings to the final bead of silicone. We'll visit, measure and give you a written quote.
Do you cover the whole county?
We cover Galway City and the surrounding towns daily. For places further out we'll be honest about how quickly we can get there, and suggest someone closer if that serves you better.
